  1. I think Snack Diet is absolutely the way to go!! We need to eat and we try and starve ourselves instead of eating. That only makes the problem worse. Doctors will tell you that. It is a fact. You should be eating frequently! So snack away!!

    The greatest part of snack diet is going back and looking at the progress I made…even if I had weeks that didn’t feel so great to me, I would look at how far I came. My outlook is so much more positive because I know I can succeed…:)
